Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Danielle explained everything that she was going to be doing ahead of doing it, which I personally though was fab as when you eyes are closed and even though you know what you’re there for it’s still nice to know tint/wax is being applied!
Danielle is a lovely character with a soft, caring approach.
All ladies in there smile or say hello - very welcoming!

This was an appointment my daughter attended. She is quite shy but Mel and the rest of the girls all made her feel at home. The colour was lovely as was the blow dry.

My fifth appointment with Mel to transform my long, thick hair from being dyed copper for years - to allowing my grey to come through whilst keeping it looking good! Again my experience was great. From sitting in the waiting room and chatting to other customers, to Kenzy giving me a lovely head massage while washing my hair. All the staff are lovely, checking in to see if you need anything, then having those 1to1s with Mel whilst she works her magic and transforms my hair! Always leave smiling.
