Amazing lymphatic drainage from Crissy, this was my first time having this treatment and Crissy was great - explaining what to expect during the massage and how to look after myself for maximum effect afterwards. The massage itself was brilliant - very thorough - it is not like deep tissue massage, it's much more gentle, but I have really seen the benefits - I feel less sluggish and there's less swelling. Very pleased, I'll be back.
