Lisa wasn't there to attend appointment as she had a family emergency therefore some other lady( no name been given to me ) offer to do all treatments.As I didn't have any information on this therapist I was very reluctant to keep appointment but at the same time I needed to have my eyelashes and eyebrows done.
She shaped (faxed)my eyebrows very thin and I was in a bit of a shock to see finished result but nothing I could do about it and after 7 days half of my eyelashes fall out.£69 not worse it

Horrible work done nails had to be fixed after finishing
Started one lady ended up another little girl with the top coat
Not asked if I would like to have something to drink when another customer white was asked
Not offered loyalty card when the previous white customer was offered
Racist behaviour and lack of professionalism Ombre wrongly done with a dirty buffer pen nails not cleaned or allowed to wash after filling which course caused the nails to have so many hairs bumps and fibers
