I'm sorry to leave a bad review but I had a terrible experience yesterday. I've been going there for my waxing for over a year and it's been great. I think the owner is on holiday because it was a different team yesterday. The lady that did my waxing was lovely but does not know what she's doing. My Brazilian was so painful and I'm still covered in wax, She's ruined my eyebrows by making them one thin line without the shape and thickness I've spent the last year growing back ;(

I found this nail bar all the others I have been in have been rude I am very pleased and Lisa was lovely she took her time so nice and done my nails so well then took time after to talk to us about the micro blade brows she’s soooooooo lovely friendly and kind I will be having her do my nails every time I felt at ease she’s honestly so nice I’m so happy with the shape as well they look amazing thank you so much Lisa ur fab see you in 2 weeks 😁😁😁
