When I arrived for my appointment, they were waiting for me.
The aesthetician handed me some documents to sign out before the treatment. She thoroughly explained to me how she was to proceed during the treatment, and gave me some advice as to vitamin supplements and the type of creams I should be using. At the end of the treatment, she gave me a card with the products she recommended using adapted to my skin type. Looking forward to the next appointment.

Nice experience, but the 30 minutes went so quick. Not really worth £35 but it was convenient. Reception staff wasn't really helpful when I called couple hours before attending, think she might be new. Lady who did my facial was really nice, friendly and approachable. And very knowledgeable. Would recommend :)

Iris is lovely. Made me feel very comfortable throughout and the wax was the least painful I've had.

usually I have Iris as my waxer but she werent available so the other lady did my wax. she was just a good! both of them are great !
