I have super sensitive skin and I've know your not to wax the same spot more than twice I understand hair can be stubborn but my skin bled so much it was as if I was on my period and she didn't mention it until I looked down myself and she gave me wipe to clean up and that wasn't even enough.
I wouldn't be returning TBH even if it is me it couldn't have been handle some other way.
