The lady doing my wax was really nice, efficient and thorough. I would recommend her for waxing treatments although I would say the wax was either a little too hot or she repeated the same area a few times too many as parts of my skin have reacted to the treatment.
I would recommend this treatment as it was one of the least painful waxes I've had!
the receptionist wasn't "great" as I waited 20 minutes for my treatment without a word that it was going to be so delayed.

Good service and good value for money. It was quite difficult to get through to them by phone, so emailing is the better option. I asked for two extra services (eyebrows and lips) and that didn't seem to be communicated to the beautician. But she did it anyway.
Professional staff. Friendly. Quick and precise work done :) will definitely come back!
