I choose this salon considering the 4.5 stars reviews .
I honestly believe that is not deserved .
First of all I paid before the treatment and my wax was done by a professional ( maybe ) and a trainee without being asked before , all the salon I’ve been always ask before and usually you get a discount .
The wax quality is poor , the hygiene as well and I will never come back .

The people are so friendly that I feel bad leaving this review but organisation is really important I waited a long time, about 40-50 mins. Then I had a massage before my wax, waxes are painful so should be done first, then you can relax with the massage.
The girl who did my massage was great! I had neck, back and shoulders instead of Indian head massage.
The wax was absolutely terrible. The wax was too hot and it was done too aggressively, a lot of unnecessary pain. I’m still hurt from it and have residue wax all over me as it wasn’t cleaned off.
