Relaxed environment, the lady who did my facial was very nice and gave me advice about my skin.
I was extremely disappointed with the professionalism and communication between staff and management. I was continuously misinformed with price. I was told one price and then was informed with a different price and finally whilst I was in the process of getting waxed another price. I personally was unable to speak to the "manager" yet the staff were in communication with manager.
The lady who waxed was absolutely fantastic and pleasant. I am happy with the service she provided me however I really do think there should be more professionalism and better communication between management and reception staff.
