I was really happy with my 3 course Microdermabrasion. I had 3 different beauticians over the course and they were all very attentive. I will be coming here again. Thanks Crown Beauty.
Appointment was 20 mins late, which the lady who did the treatment explained was due to needing to melt the hot wax. When she was waxing she repeatedly tested the wax on my skin, even though it was too hot for me to handle. She was not thorough and didn’t clean the wax off me, instead she told me it would fall off when I walk home... I had to ask for tweezers and a baby wipe to essentially finish the treatment because she had rushed out the room and I was dissatisfied with the result. The other members of staff were sat on the floor behind the desk, I’m not sure why.. Sure I was waxed, and almost waxed raw with how quickly she was going about it, but I did not enjoy the experience and would rather pay more money for a more thorough and relaxing treatment.
Friendly staff but felt a bit rushed and left with no consultation and product still on my face (chalky face pack)
Overall a good experience, but the Hollywood wax wasn’t as clean as I expected. There were still some hairs left.
