I got a voucher from a friend for my birthday and I was not sure what to expect (although the reviews here were great).
I was pleasantly surprised, one of the best pamper packages I've ever had. The therapist (whose name I did not get) was polite, friendly and very experienced. Had one of the best massages EVER, and the facial was pretty good too!
Will DEFINITELY come back :)
The package my friend and I bought was such great value and a really great afternoon. The facial was amazing, and the haircut was great. I would definitely go back. Staff were friendly and professional. It turned out to take much longer than expected though - we thought we would be there for 2 hours but were there for over 4! Despite overrunning we weren't rushed and they didn't compromise the quality of treatments to finish early.

It was a very good experience, had good advice and clearly knew what she was doing. Really happy with the result and will definitely be going there again. I've ready started recommending it to my friends.
Blow Dry
This is my second visit to Crown H & B and it lived up to my first. The treatment was done well and again I was informed about the different stages. I was offered tea and coffee throughout and the staff are very friendly. The nanokeratin treatment has worked well with my hair and the condition is much improved.
