I had a hydradermie facial with back massage. Therapist was very good. I thought there was extraction as part of the facial nevertheless I enjoyed the massage.

I had a good facial with a very relaxing back massage. Very professional staff. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back.
They were understaffed and so had to wait an extra half hour not a problem as I was not that busy. The lady who did my eyebrows did a great job with the tint but tweezed instead of waxing which is what I was after as someone else was in the room with the wax. It wasn't an amazing tweeze job but alright. Would still go bask I have had enough bad experiences to return back to the places that do a good job!

Great, as ever! The technician really took her time with the Shellac treatment, and did not rush anything, unlike some other salons. Sparkling clean, air-conditioned salon, which was really comfy on the boiling hot day I had my nails done. Thanks again!

Venue was not far from Hammersmith station and the staff (mother/daughter team) were very pleasant and professional. I was offered a drink on arrival and the salon was very clean. The lady doing the lashes explained about the treatment and maintenance and made sure I was comfortable all through the process which lasts a couple of hours. The after care explanations could have been more detailed and I wasnt blown away with the finished results but that could be a personal preference thing.
I would visit the salon again to try some of their other treatments like mani/pedi if im in the neighbourhood but i wouldnt redo the lashes.
