Quite a rushed haircut, in a busy overcrowded salon. The lady who cut my hair was nice but she had some visitors (I guess family or friends) who sat staring at me and talking to her whilst I had my hair washed. Felt a bit awkward. She tried to make conversation with me (which is hard as I’m super shy) but the whole experience felt a little slap dash. She didn’t ask what I wanted down before she washed my hair. My hair cut isn’t a bad one but the ambience of the salon and the rushed manner made the experience not great.

Arrived early for appointment and Ella was ready to go, 2 cups of coffee a nice chat and another pleasant trip to Crowning glory 10/10
