Becky was nice. Understood what I wanted, gave a good hair wash massage and made me a brew with bourbon biscuits. What more do you want from your hairdresser!
Left in the chair on two occasions, once to make an appt with a walk in (which took over 5mins as the customer wasn't sure on her requirements, the response wasn't to offer suggestions but to say 'I can't give you a price unless you tell me what you want'), the second time to answer a phone call. No apology either time for being left waiting.
