Booked a cut and colour with pre-lighten as I've been box dying my hair for two years and it needed sorting out. There were a couple of hiccups with the way that my hair took the colour, so I had to return the next day to have my roots blended a bit more but overall I loved the final outcome, even if it wasn't exactly what I went in for! I would come to get my hair coloured again knowing that the stylists weren't afraid to say things weren't right and they would make it right for free.

Very professional yet friendly. Prioritised client satisfaction and made sure I was happy with my hair. She even suggested to work in sections to make sure I was happy with the shape I was looking for (I was trying a new look). Excellent skills!
