The owner (Anna?) it's really trying to get this business off the ground under less-than-ideal circumstances. There's some sort of renovation going on of the shop upstairs and all she has is a basement level, slightly dingy workspace. Sadly, there's only so much she can do to improve the room. Ambience is, therefore, not great compared to other local studios but she's doing her best.
The massage itself was ok. No complaints. I'd like to keep supporting her so she can expand the business and improve the workspace.
