I struggled to book in as all places seem to be very busy, but at kinetic the receptionist took my details and said she'd ring me back if anything becomes available. Which it did and she kept her word. The massage itself was really good, Nat asked me plenty of questions to establish the problem and explained to me in detail what needed doing. Very pleased with overall service!
