ive been attending due to suffering with shin splints for years. never thought it could be cured just some people habe it some people dont.
think this was my 5th session on my shins and i have not had a single pain in shins in over a month. the condition was brought on more by walking etc but this last month ive been up and down mountains and had a 15mile walk all without any problems.
i would highly recomend nat for his professionalism knowledge and skill
