Ryan graduated from Bournemouth University in 2022 with a BSc in Sports Therapy. Since then, he has gained extensive experience working with professional football clubs, including Maidstone United and Tonbridge Angels. In these roles, Ryan provided injury assessment, rehabilitation programs, and pitch-side trauma care. His expertise spans a variety of techniques, including sports massage, dry needling, manual therapy, and other soft tissue modalities, all of which have been instrumental in helping athletes recover and perform at their best. During his time working in football, Ryan has dealt with a wide range of injuries and conditions, giving him a deep understanding of the demands placed on athletes’ bodies. Now, he’s bringing his skills to a clinical setting, where he can continue to help people recover from injuries and achieve their health and fitness goals. When he’s not at work, Ryan loves spending time with family and friends. He’s an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys playing and watching football, golf, and rugby. You can also find him staying active at the gym.

Sarah joins the Cryojuvenate team with a rich background in customer service, cultivated during her early career in top law firms in the City. In 2021, she decided to pursue her passion for beauty and wellness, earning a Distinction* in Level 3 Beauty Therapy. Sarah has since excelled in the beauty industry, gaining hands-on experience at a renowned salon. At Cryojuvenate, she is eager to combine her customer service expertise with her beauty therapy skills to provide exceptional client care. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys staying active through running, exploring nature on long walks with her dog, and spending quality time with family and friends. She’s also a dedicated reader who loves to unwind with a great book on weekends.
