I love the Cryo chamber it’s great to reduce inflammation and to treat injuries. I felt amazing for the whole day and breezed around my half marathon. Will always have one before and after in future.

I had a really good massage. Remy is a skilled therapist, she had a sixth sense on knowing where to direct the treatment to get to the root of the knots in my back. 10/10. Will come again. Thank you 🙏🏻
