Is was an excellent experience. I loved the massage. But they made a big mistake. I booked 2 massage at the same time with a friend. I started my massage and after waiting 40 min my friend asked when were they going to do her massage and thay said that there wasn't enough staff for it. Why would thay let us book 2 massage if there wasn't enough people to do them? They were rude at the reception. Other thing is there was a guy there doing some manicure mistreating one of the girls. Bad experience for sure

Very professional an high standard of service. I had my facial, hair removal and massage done and all I can say I'm fully satisfied with all of it. Laser treatment have been very effective and person doing it very experienced and professional. Massage was the best I had in London ( literally send through many including sport or Thai ones ). Person performing it had absolutely knew what is she doing. I'm keep coming back there for other treatments. The place is very clean. Absolutely love it!
Deep Tissue Massage
Don’t go unless you have time to spare. I was told to wait when I arrived and received no updates when my treatment would start. It started an hour late, with no apology. Not enough staff for the appointments booked, other people were waiting too. It’s a shame because the pedicure was done very well- thanks for that.
