I visited Crystal at a very busy time.. I don’t think they have quite figured out how to prioritize appointments and block out times when they have been booked as many people were waiting. This being said all members of staff were absolutely lovely and made you feel at home with hot drinks and snacks while waiting.
I was there for almost 3 hours and instead of leaving feeling frustrated I left feeling like one of the family and happy with all my treatments.
Treatment wise:
Nails- fantastic job my shellac.. looks great and I love the colour. I also appreciated the attention to detail at the end of a very busy day.
Tan- the colour is lovely only thing is the application was a bit flawed and some areas are patchy.
May I suggest a routine and standing further back when applying as I had drips which were corrected but could of been avoided. 🙂
I will definitely be back as value for money and friendliness of staff was excellent.
