I had booked more than a week before my appointment. I arrived there at 6:30pm sharp according to my appointment and Iris was with another client. She said she was not available and asked me to come back in 25 minutes.
To be honest I did not fancy waiting in the rain nor going to a piri piri shop (I am vegan) since that was the only thing around.
I let them know that I will not be returning in 25 minutes.
I would have been ok to wait for 10 minutes maybe even 15 but that was too much.

Gel Nails Manicure
I went for a blow dry here with Joe/Joy and would highly recommend him. He had a very difficult customer before me but he managed to stay so calm and professional. He was very friendly and made me a coffee on arrival which was much appreciated. I went in with a greasy mop of frizz and left with a lovely bouncy blow dry and a smile. I would 100% recommend this venue thanks to my lovely hairdresser!

Iris and joey were both amazing. Both my mum and I loved your hair styles. We will be going back again soon and would recommend Crystal Beauty :)
