I had booked more than a week before my appointment. I arrived there at 6:30pm sharp according to my appointment and Iris was with another client. She said she was not available and asked me to come back in 25 minutes. To be honest I did not fancy waiting in the rain nor going to a piri piri shop (I am vegan) since that was the only thing around. I let them know that I will not be returning in 25 minutes. I would have been ok to wait for 10 minutes maybe even 15 but that was too much.
