The staff was welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the shellac manicure didn’t turn out the way I hoped. The manicurist had very shaky hands and the colour was applied rather uneven. Also the shellac has a weird bubbly texture on my nails. I visited crystal beauty centre 3 weeks ago and was very happy with the experience however today was a little disappointing.

Great experience, very friendly staff, thorough and attentive. Everything was absolutely perfect. Always ready to offer tea or coffee. Will visit again!
