Arrived and was created and asked to wait for the lady who I was booked for which was very quick. They were very considerate as I was wearing a scarf they took me to a private room to have my treatment done which I thought was very considerate of them as I had not requested that but they knew I would appreciate that very much. I was offered tea or coffee. Iris was very friendly and took her time and did not rush listened to how I wanted it and was very good. Will be booking again
