They were able to change my appointment at short notice due to transport issues which was great. I booked a deep tissue massage as I really needed some Knots worked out of my shoulders.wasn’t asked if I had any problem areas or anything, definitely wasn’t a deep tissue massage and I will now have to pay to go somewhere else to get one. Not overly happy with the experience at all.
