I really liked how my mani/pedi came out, great nail shape. The therapist was very attentive during the eyebrow wax (definitely 5 stars!). The atmosphere wasn't the most welcoming from the outset however, as there was some miscommunication about the price. I had to insist they review my booking, I had prepaid the correct treatments and did not need to pay extra. This was sorted in about 10 minutes but wasn't the best first impression. I felt a bit uncomfortable, but the end result was good.

Zahra has always been there when I have booked for eyebrow threading and has always taken in my consideration of how I want my brows to be like but also brings in her comments into what she thinks looks best! And it always turns out perfect. Thankss, will always be coming back and furthermore she is trustworthy and welcoming with nice small chats here and there :))
