I didn’t have Anna. It was terrible. Pushed my cuticles back aggressively, told her it hurt so she just stopped doing them, only half the cuticles were trimmed. Nail wasn’t smoothed down. The job was rushed. Paint for french tip didn’t even reach the edges & had to insist on her going over them. They were different thicknesses. She painted the top layer too soon, smeared the paint & fussed when asked for a redo. Said she didn’t know how do french tip afterwards. Bubbles and dust in my nails.

Was very anxious as first time here but told her what I wanted and she did it perfect. Long v cut with layers. My hair is thick so not easy to cut but she did a great job. Will be going back.

I'm am really annoyed as I pre- paid on Treatwell for a full colour, cut and blowdry and yet this is now the 3rd time I've been asked to pay more for my colour once I've had my hair done.This time they asked me to pay an extra £20. I refused.The price you pay on Treatwell is a discounted price and I should not be asked to pay extra.If you need to put the price up then change the prices on the Treatwell app, don't think its fine to ask people to pay extra, as this is not ok.
