Poor customer service so rude. The young girl on the counter that makes all bookings needs to have customer service training.

All the stuff was very kind and knowledgeable. The price match the service. I am really happy with the manicure plus I did add acrilic nails with French and they look great, really natural.

As soon as I arrived there I was "greeted" that a woman that I am not sure if it was Anna, she couldn't speak properly English and I needed another lady that worked there to translate for me.
I showed what I wanted to be done and she straight away that it couldn't be done, but It was just a coloured gel extension and that I had to pay extra because it was more than a colour.
I asked for another design and she said that she couldn't do that either because she didn't not have gel, only polish.
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
There service was okay but not feel to go anymore as they charge me more price than what I have paid when I booked online. Thanks
