The lady doing the nails barely understands or speaks any English and is a bit rough doing her work, which makes the experience not really enjoyable. I wonder when it was the last time that any of the nail equipment was cleaned or disinfected. I also got few cuts throughout the treatment, so I'm hoping for them not to get infected. Overall eventually the nails look ok, so I guess that if you don't mind any of the above, the job gets eventually done. I'm not sure that I'd repeat though.

I love coming here because it is one of the few places where they do eyebrows with tweezers. But every time I go I leave even more upset. Please, stop trying to convince on using thread for my eyebrows. Stop insisting after the first time I said no. Don even try when I have already booked eyebrows with tweezers. If you decided to include this treatment in Treatwell is because people demanded -as the first time I went I asked because the treatment was not available here-. Don’t charge me over.

Never got the person I requested. The pedicure was rushed. Asked for a nail removal which she never did. She just said she wasn’t going to remove it. She just filed the nail, painted over it and charged me an extra £5. This is my second experience with the same person and it wasn’t good at all. All the other ladies are lovely.
