Had booked an appointment before work and was expecting to be taken on time but my stylist was 15mn late. With a poor English, it was difficult to communicate exactly what I wanted. The haircut turned out good but I wish I had been able to discuss what kind of layers would be good and would suit me. I think because of the poor communication available, my front layers turned out shorter than I wanted.
