the staff here were very friendly. they really wanted to make you happy. i arrived a little late and despite this the room wasnt ready. this didnt bother me as i was only waiting a few minutes but i found it quite odd. i booked the deep tissue massage to help with some knots from bad posture and i took a staff off as i dont think the masseuse worked through the knots fully which i was disappointed with. i would try again but be more specific about the knots giving me pain.
