Nicola Foster has over 23 years of experience as a holistic therapist and is passionate about treating a person holistically, which means treating the person as a whole and not the condition. This is why they conduct a thorough consultation and offer detailed feedback and aftercare advice. They also teach meditation, which changed their life with its numerous benefits, which is why they encourage anyone to meditate. They also have experience with children, geriatric massage, cancer patients and CBD. They have enhanced DBS check. Within their summer house, you can expect privacy, comfort, refreshments and a shop stocked with crystals, handmade jewellery and aromatherapy products.
