Normally have my upper lip lower lip and chin waxed at crystals on Tuesday I plucked up the courage to have threading on the advice of the new beautician at crystals she’s only there Monday and Tuesday What a pain free experience it was Thankyou

This was my very first ever massage experience and I couldn’t have been in better hands! Shazma was very considerate and very attentive at all times. She is clearly a very experienced masseur who looked after me and treated my whole wellbeing with great respect and in a very professional manner. I highly recommend her. Very relaxing, very clean environment and she is exceptionally welcoming. Definitely recommend hot stones by Shazma, she made it a truly wonderful first experience for me 🥰
