On my first visit, I was so impressed by the service and quality of the treatments, that I booked to have my hair cut at Crystal the very next day. The stylist was extremely knowledgeable abs I am really happy with my new style. I had never had a facial before and it was so relaxing and refreshing. I look forward to going back for another. The staff are very welcoming and professional. They recommended products for a good skin routine too.

Zenap was a lovely therapist. She gave a very thorough treatment explaining at every stage what she was doing and products she was applying and checking if I was OK.
