I booked and paid for a 90 min massage, it wasn’t a relaxing experience and felt hurried. Whilst the massage was ok, they called time at just 50mins and when I pointed out the error was offered an Indian head massage that lasted another 10mins. The therapist was nice enough but I’m disappointed that I didn’t get what I had paid for. I was offered a “complimentary” hair wash and blow dry for finishing early, it wasn’t great, not washed properly. I’d rather have had the refund of the difference.

Turned up early and they could see me early. Great shade of tint and not really red like I am normally. Staff polite and very helpful
