I come quite often to this salon. Always made welcome and always received professional treatments. Had legs waxed after lockdown so were definitely overdue, was not a problem at all and very happy with the result. Jane did my eyebrow and lash treatments, would recommend. Beautifully done.

This was my 2nd visit to the salon. I was seen pretty much straight away. I was booked in for Eyebrows wax and tint. It was cold in the salon so kept my coat on, the music was a little annoying and I was left for way too long with the tint on my eyebrows. I can't tolerate Threading as my skin is too sensitive but had to have it anyways to correct the shape. It was very painful. Had to get my sister to correct my brows when I got home

The overall experience was poor. The lady in charge was being shadowed by someone who I assume was new to the salon, and repeatedly spoke to her incredibly rudely.The salon were experiencing a high number of phone calls due to lockdown being imminent, so I was constantly being dealt with by 2 different staff. I asked for a shorter fringe which was cut horrendously and it was even said “oops I’ve cut that a bit short!” At this point I should have asked for a refund but just wanted to leave ASAP!
