my treatment experience was the worst I booked in Brazilian blow dry and cut,
I did not get the stylist I had booked, second it was a hash hash job, without the hair cut, when I questioned she said I wasn’t aware that I had book a hair cut as well until I showed her. Then she said we only trim not hair cut so I said why did you advise as hair cut.
Long story short it wasn’t the best treatment, in the end she said we don’t actually do your type of hair and yet she told me they were ok.

I actually really liked the root colour on my hair, before booking my treatment I checked the price for medium hair with a blow dry, £38. Upon paying, the stylist said “blow dry” means just drying with a paddle brush and waft and she used a round brush and hair dryer to style my hair so it was another £2. Never heard of this before, a blow dry is finishing the hair, not even straighteners we’re used. My appointment was at 11 and I only got seen at 11.40 - this was just ridiculous.
