arrived put to the backwash , my hair started to be washed a that point i was made very uncomfortable as the 2 staff were evidently talking about me in another language. I had apparently made the appointment for the week after ( hair was wet now) they had a no show so carried on. later the app turned up from then it went worse-,fringe hacked short , my hair rushed, on way home chucks were coming out where it had been thinned , - mess and wasted £42.75 will take months to get right - REFUND!

Peeled off about three hours after I got home. Not worth the money or time to go and get them done. Shocking quality of products

I have been twice to the salon for facial and hot stone massage.lovely staff and care is so gentle and patient.
I had a wash and blow of my hair afterwards and it is silky smooth.
