Probably the worst experience i have ever had at a hairdressers. She hadn't even check what we were booked in for, trying to fob me off with dry cuts when I'd paid £20 each for wet cuts and blow dries. The cuts themselves I couldhave done a better job of! The first of my girls had a straight trim.... which was totally uneven and then when my 8 year old asked her to take more off her cut the hairdresser moaned something I couldn't understand to her colleague . Overall a horrendous experience.
