Terrible. Cut two fingers when doing cuticles (they were bleeding). Gel wasn’t dry and just peeled off the nails. Gel was on my fingers and unevenly applied on the nails.

A nice place and the nail technician was very friendly but she was very busy and as a result it’s not the best mani and pedi I’ve ever had.

The experience was amazing. I went in a little terrified that it would hurt and drain me but it’s been half an hour and I already feel rejuvenated. Shazia was lovely and explained everything thoroughly and repeatedly asked me if I was okay to make sure that I was. It’s a funny sensation and if you’re anything like me, really ticklish. But it didn’t hurt and honestly I almost fell asleep because I was so relaxed. Shazia paid attention to my problem areas and let my body talk to her. Also the scratches don’t hurt at all, they just tickle.
She was very punctual and asked me to fill out a permission form and explained everything to me before we went ahead with it. She was very gentle during the procedure and offered me dates and water and tea afterward.
Top tip: don’t eat for a few hours before you get hijama done. Shazia explained that it’s best not to eat beforehand. Luckily for me, I hadn’t had breakfast or lunch yet.
100% would recommend and will be going back whenever I feel necessary.

Crystal Holistic and Beauty is a lovely salon. So calming inside, smells amazing. Mina was lovely. I had an idea in mind from a picture for a new hairstyle and she ran with it, gave me some helpful guidance to. I came out feeling lighter, very relaxed and with a new hairstyle as well as some jewellery from the crystal store. Very happy, I'm due back in a few weeks for my next appointment now.

I actually had a Hot Stone Massage not a waxing. I had tight muscles in my back and this worked a treat. I had never been here before and was pleasantly surprised, very good massage and relaxing treatment room.
