Great cut, and even though the stylist was in a hurry because she was the only one in, she still did a very thorough and efficient job. The only slight hiccup was that the lady doing my hair didn't seem to understand how the Treatwell app worked, and that I had paid in advance using that app. She seemed to think I had a Groupon type voucher which was not the case. This was not a problem, as she took a photo of my booking confirmation, but it did seem a little unprofessional.
Ladies' Haircuts
I had the gel removed first and one lady worked hard for that, although they used a filer which hurt. I decided to get only nail varnish rather than gel...I don't know if this was just a bad day, but my nails looked disastrous at the end. I wasted lots of time (1 hour and 40 min) and some pennies.
Gel Nails Manicure
Really good haircut, but a few details would have made it better - would like to be asked what kind of cut I want before being taken for a hair wash and also was not asked what kind of blow dry I wanted.
Otherwise I can’t fault them, stylist was very nice
