Facial was great and would recommend
Manicure & Pedicure awful, totally rushed (I was told I couldn’t have a french polish because the beautician has a doctors appointment at 12 although my package wasn’t due to end til 12:30 and they were 15 minutes late starting my appointment.
Nails were rushed, and looked terrible and I took it off when I got home and did it myself...
One beautician rang someone on the phone whilst I was sat with her... not impressed
