In all honesty the staff were really nice but the Hollywood wax was very undignified and painful (I’ve had quite a few). There was no pre or post clean and another colleague came through the room to make a coffee during the waxing. Just wouldn’t recommend the wax to be honest although the staff were nice. Asked for a balayage but got more of an ombré block bleach colour, it’s okay but wasn’t massively impressed. Again staff were nice

Excellent, I cannot speak highly enough of the salon and my stylist. Permanent straightening, is a long treatment and my stylist took the time to do it properly. There were no corners cut and she did not rush. The salon stayed open one hour and a half over, because they wanted to do the treatment properly. I cannot praise them enough. I would highly recommend this salon and I will definitely return, also excellent value for money.

Eyebrows are lovely but they didn’t honour the Treatwell price even when I showed them the booking confirmation they said it was an old promotion (I’d booked it the same day) and not valid so charged me more.
