I usually have a fantastic experience but not today. I was made to feel like an inconvenience and the lady walked off to play on her phone loudly. I’m sorry to say I won’t be coming back, it’s a shame as i really like everyone there and have always rated highly

Wonderful visit and the staff were very helpful. The atmosphere created was very relaxing. On the Treatwell site it was down as 1 hour 45 minutes for the two treatments together however mine was shorter than this. Great service though.

Had an excellent facial. Very relaxing and my skin was glowing afterwards. Shazia is very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips and product recommendations to help look after my sensitive skin. I'll definitely visit again.
