A very professional treatment. Ana was polite, friendly & efficient. My back massage was so relaxing & my leg wax as always smooth. All treatments I recieve at Crystal Beauty were excellent.

First time using this salon. Ana was lovely and very professional. The salon was really cold though and I wasn’t offered a drink although I was there for 2 hours. Had my first brow lamination which is great so far. My lash lift is ok but the outer eyelashes were missed so have no lift or tint.

When I arrived, I was a little disappointed that the therapist I had originally booked wasn’t available, and that the treatment wasn’t in the usual upstairs room, which I personally find more tranquil. That said, the massage itself was really lovely, and Preet was very kind and welcoming. Overall, still a positive experience! Thank you
