Booked for a wash, haircut and blowdry! Got a call from Shazia few hours beforehand telling me that I needed to wash my own hair before my appt. I did explain that the booking clearly stated otherwise and she just said it’s confusing! When she saw my hair she said if I’m getting any treatment for my alopecia! I didn’t once say I had that condition. Made me feel soo uncomfortable. She then pulled my hair out with her careless blowdry technique as she was busy giving attention to her other staff!

A pleasant experience and great haircut. They listened to what I wanted and I was very happy with the result. I was also given lots of helpful advice to get my hair to grow stronger and healthier. Would recommend.
