It was one of the worst blow drys l have ever had, l was going to a wedding so was very dissatisfied when I left looking worse than when I went in. I had to go home and wash and dry it myself. I have been in contact with the salon to be told it was because they were busy and I would get a refund which I am still waiting for. Would not recommend it to anyone
