I felt awful and didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to offend the stylist but there was a language barrier so my “trim” on my rib length hair has left me with uneven, barely shoulder length hair. I’m not fussy but cried all the way home.

Had a great experience at the salon, was looked after and she did a very good job of my hair. She didn't rush and made sure each hair was cut properly.
I left feeling happy which is rare for me when I get my hair cut!
