Hi myself and my friend arrived on time to our appointment, the building was closed I called and asked if I could come back in an hour, I advised on my lunch and couldn’t, a lady eventually came down, rushed out eyebrows not completing all areas and then said she didn’t have time as had someone waiting upstairs, whole experience was unfriendly.
