My stylist did my roots first, then did my highlights so the process took over 4 hours as she put some brown hair dye on, waited, then washed and blow dried it and then put the highlights on , waited and then washed and cut my hair etc. I have always had both roots and highlights done at the same time before, so this was strange and seemed a poor use of time. Also my cut was very uneven - one side far longer than the other and in the end the manager had to rectify it as the stylist couldnt
I have been a regular at the salon. I feel pampered by friendly staff. They always ask you how you want things first and ask if you are happy with the result at the end. They do listen to you. Shazia has put high lights in my hair as I wanted a lighter colour look. I was worried it would dry and damage my hair but she used good products and my hair was left in a really good condition and less dry than before. The cut was very good too. Shima does my eyebrows, she is good too.
Staff were friendly but I was told at the end of the treatment it was an extra £10 for straightening. So not the 'luxury' treatment I expected and any additional fee should, I believe, be mentioned upfront.
