I arrived 10 min late as it was my first time in the salon and was looking for parking (also I'm very pregnant and slow 😁) Shima made sure to tell me I was late (which I was), but still NICE and WELCOMING. The salon was busy so she offered me some refreshments while I waited.
I asked for no chemicals hair dye for my roots which was fine, also the blow dry was very nice.
The only down was having to wait a long time to be treated but the overall experience was good and I plan to come back ❤
