Did not use a clean stick to put the wax on my face, used one that had clearly been used on someone else. Went over my face with strip wax multiple times but couldn’t get hairs out. Clearly did not understand what I was saying.

The aromatherapy back massage was excellent. Amber checked to see if the pressure was right for me. She found knots that I didn’t know I had and I felt wonderful afterwards.
I really enjoyed the facial as well, my skin felt so clean and nourished.
