Was a little heavy with file on nail bed. Could feel the heat of the file. Therapist took multiple calls on mobile while working on my nails. Zero conversation. Final result looked good and lasted. Shame as my initial appointment with a different therapist was much more professional. Pedicure was fantastic and gel nails done well.
